NØIR Noir & Tonic

Base: NØIR Noir Gin
Ingredients
50ml NØIR Noir Gin
Premium tonic water
Black pepper twist
Activated charcoal cube
Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour Noir Gin over ice. Top with tonic. Add black pepper twist and charcoal cube. Stir once.

Midnight Reserve Old Fashioned

Base: NØIR Black Oak Whiskey
Ingredients
60ml NØIR Black Oak Whiskey
Sugar cube
Angostura bitters
Orange peel
Single large ice cube
Method

Muddle sugar with bitters in a rocks glass. Add Black Oak Whiskey. Add a single large ice cube. Twist orange peel over the glass and place on the rim.

Citrus Eclipse

Base: NØIR Citrus Vodka
Ingredients
45ml NØIR Citrus Vodka
Fresh lemon juice
Simple syrup
Egg white
Activated charcoal
Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake first. Add ice, shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Dust charcoal on the foam.

Black Diamond Royale

Base: NØIR "Black Diamond Cask"
Ingredients
30ml NØIR Black Diamond Cask Vodka
NØIR Brut Reserve Champagne
Gold leaf flake
Frozen violet
Method

Chill a flute to near-freezing. Pour vodka first. Slowly top with Brut Reserve. Drop in gold leaf and a frozen violet.

Cypress Sour

Base: NØIR Reposado Reserve
Ingredients
50ml NØIR Reposado Reserve
Fresh lime juice
Agave syrup
Egg white
Chili salt rim
Method

Rim a rocks glass with chili salt. Combine tequila, lime, agave, and egg white. Shake hard with ice. Strain over fresh ice in the rimmed glass.

"The spirit of Los Santos in a glass. Heat, citrus, and smooth agave depth."

Island Dark

Base: NØIR Black Coral Rum
Ingredients
45ml NØIR Black Coral Rum
Fresh coconut water
Lime juice
Dark sugar syrup
Mint sprig
Method

Combine rum, coconut water, lime, and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake. Pour unstrained into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
